Can you suggest me some universities with good placements for B.Tech in C.S and which does not require JEE Mains for enrollment ?

I live in Shimla and would prefer a university close to a maximum of 3 states around Himachal Pradesh. I'll give my +2 board exams in 2016 and expecting to score above 85%. I haven't filled out any admission forms except for JEE Mains for which i'm not confident that I'll score good.

As you live in Shimla , i would recommend you UPES Dehradoon that would be pretty much nearer to you. UPES Dehradoon condusts its own Etrance like UPESEAT apart from JEE score card, the exam is relatively pretty easy, of course it has to be as JEE is considered to be the most tough in the engineerin
