Can you suggest me some universities with good placements for B.Tech in C.S and which does not require JEE Mains for enrollment ?

I live in Shimla and would prefer a university close to a maximum of 3 states around Himachal Pradesh. I'll give my +2 board exams in 2016 and expecting to score above 85%. I haven't filled out any admission forms except for JEE Mains for which i'm not confident that I'll score good.

As you live in Shimla , i would recommend you UPES Dehradoon that would be pretty much nearer to you.
