Can you suggest me the best colleges to apply for MBA which do not consider sectional cut off ?
My overall score in XAT-2016 is 17.

Dear Akash,
You are not eligible to apply to any college with this score. I will advice you to retake XAT, you can even consider taking other exams such as SNAP, MAT, CMAT and CAT. All the best.
