Can you suggest me top colleges that offers M.Sc courses for Multimedia mass communication with photography?

Dear Anand,
Multimedia, mass communication and photography are three different streams. There is no college which provides you all these three courses in the same program. Multimedia is a part of animation, which can only be done if you pursue animation course. Mass communication and photography can be done together as photography is a part of mass communication.
So, decide what do you want to pursue.
