Hi Sandeep, If your friend is planning to do PGDCA programme through correspondence then he can consider doing it through, IGNOU, Symbiosis or SMU etc. Check with IMT distance learning as well. However, if he is looking for regular PGDCA programme, he can check with Delhi University, College of Bu
