If you are serious for mechanical engineering then don't comprise with the college, I would suggest you for University of engineering and management Kolkata and check for the fees https://www.shiksha.com/university/university-of-engineering-and-management-kolkata-47398 and this have good placement r

For Mechanical Engineering, you can probably look at Jadavpur University, University of Calcutta, Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad Institute of Technology for budgeted colleges.
