Can you suggest some appropriate mass communication specialisations for me? Which are the colleges offering the same?

I want to pursue mass communication in post-graduation because of my interest in writing and working with All India Radio as an assignee. I am confused with the specializations. This is a broad field and I don't want to take decision hastily.
