You have many other courses which you can do after you 12th. If you have 75% it means you can go for courses such as B.Com, B.A. and other degree courses. For now, you may secure admission in B.Sc. As you didn't opt for mathematics in 10+2, you cannot possible get into engineering. Take my advise, prepare again for medical entrance exam, if this is what you wanted in the first place, give it another try, give your 100%. You'll surely get through this.
