You have many other courses which you can do after you 12th. If you have 75% it means you can go for courses such as B.Com, B.A. and other degree courses.
Every course has its own difficulties and benefits. You should choose the course of your interest. If you want to go in the medical field, you can select Pharma.D course which offers you the same degree of doctor in foreign countries. You can do physiotherapy or you can also do microbiology, forensic studies etc. which will give you good opportunities.

For now, you may secure admission in B.Sc. As you didn't opt for mathematics in 10+2, you cannot possible get into engineering. Take my advise, prepare again for medical entrance exam, if this is what you wanted in the first place, give it another try, give your 100%. You'll surely get through this. Good luck.
