I scored 82.83% marks in class 10th (UP Board), 87.6% marks in calss 12th (UP Board), completed B.Tech CSE with 70% marks and expecting 95% marks in CAT.

If you are expecting 95% in CAT, then I would suggest you to wait for the result & counselling and then take advice for the best possible colleges. Without result being out, will not be able to reach the conclusion.
