You can refer to RD Sharma for mathematics, SL Arora for physics and Pradeep for chemistry. -
You should refer to the NCERT books for the preparation of JEE Mains exam.

In my opinion, you should prefer HC Verma's physics and S. L. Loney publications for mathematics. -
Just focus on NCERT books and believe in clearing your concepts instead of practising with 1000s of MCQ. NCERT is best for JEE Mains. -
You can switch to HC Verma 'Concepts of Physics' and NCERT books for self studying effectively. You can also have a look at some of the Feynman lectures related to the syllabus of JEE Mains.
