I will not suggest hc verma if you are going only for JEE Mains hc verma deals with those question which are related to high thinking with deep concepts but in mains a short and clearer concept is only necessary doing ncert is good for physics
For chemistry ncert is the best book other yhan ncert the one only thing I would suggest you is to go through prvs year mains paper at the end of your prpration moving away from ncert is not recommended in chemistry the most easiest and direct answer you will get in chemistry will be from organic, and from organic part ncert is a complete guide no else is needed for mathematical part you may need

NCERT books of class 11th and 12th are enough for physics, chemistry and mathematics. However, you also need to solve a good number of MCQs, which will boost your confidence.

First, solve NCERT then go for refreshers. HC Verma is good for physics and RD Sharma for maths.
