Can you suggest some colleges for B.Sc in chemistry based on CBSE?

I have got 92% in CBSE'18. Which are the best colleges available for me if I want to do a 3-year B.Sc degree? I aspire to give JAM later and do M.Sc in an IIT. Will I have to take any extra preparations for that? I want a detailed answer.
