Can you suggest some colleges for B.Tech? I have got 68k rank in JEE Mains and 17.5k under OBC category.

You should try in lower NITs. I think you may get one in spot round. Chances are also there for Punjab Engineering College. You can try JAC Chandigarh counselling. UIET Punjab University is far better than lower NITs. Also, you will get LNMIIT, Jaipur and JIIT, Noida, sector-62.
