Can you suggest some colleges for civil engineering that I can get without writing JEE? I've got 88% marks in class 12th.

It is quite tough to say as college just want a rank in the JEE Mains as many colleges make compulsory to appear in JEE Mains exam so if you did not appear but your class 12th marks are good so you can try to contact to college on the basis of class 12th marks.
