Dear Animesh, In Delhi NCR, there are many colleges offering lateral entry. But the best colleges are Delhi college of engineering which conducts its own entrance exam. Same on 2nd no. IP University which conduct entrance exams and the colleges that comes under IP university are Maharaja Agrasen, e
