It is offered as a diploma program by certain colleges.Go for B.Tech in civil engineering and do 2 year Dip. in Surveying

Surveying is a paper of Civil Engineering.Therefore I would prefer you take admission in any good college and pursue for Civil Engineering. You have an aim and you only need guidance for your path. Goodluck for the future

No engineering college or polytechnic offers full time degree or diploma in surveying. However both civil engineering degree and Diploma will give you exposure on surveying.
