I would like to know that after completion of 10+2, which government, as well as private colleges, are offering journalism and mass communication courses?

I would suggest iLEAD, Kolkata.

Eligibility is 12th pass out in any field and also, you will get scholarships option too.
I would suggest you to go for a private college only for media studies.
