Can you suggest some colleges that I can get for English (Hons.) with 45% cut-off marks?

Hi,
It seems difficult to get admission in English hons with lesser score in 12th in top government colleges. But do not loose heart. There are many colleges accepting students with low scores and these are equally good government colleges. You can also opt for private colleges.
