Can you suggest some colleges to pursue M.E in part time or distance learning mode

I have done my B.E (Electronics &Telecomm) &PGDBM (Marketing) from SCDL and currently working .i have 7 years of work exp. and currently in Germany for my assignment .I am keen on to pursue M.E /M.Tech in part time or distance learning .Can you suggest some good institutes for the same?
