Can you suggest some courses after B.Com? My grades are less than 50%.

There are several courses you can pursue after B.Com. Although some colleges require more than 50% in Graduation. You can try doing certification courses like in photography or journalism or animation etc. Or pursue a Diploma in whatever field you desire. You can pursue M.Com and then pursue Ph.D. later and attempt NET exam to teach as lecturer. -
Since, you are an average student with less than 50% you are not eligible for MBA. Keeping in mind your interest areas & career plans you can pursue M.Com. LL.B. Or explore a host of certificate / Diploma courses in media, journalism, IT, animation, designing, web designing, travel & tourism, accounts, import & export, taxation, etc. And explore career opportunity in the said areas. -

The best options in front of you after a B.Com are:
1. MBA finance from a reputed B-School which has 100% campus recruitment. You need to appear for CAT or similar exams for that. It's of no use to waste 10 to 20 Lacs INR in an ordinary MBA college as they are abundant in the country nowadays. Most students passing out from ordinary MBA colleges are either remaining unemployed or working for 5 to 10K salaried jobs. So if it is an MBA, it must be from an IIM or similar ranked B-school.
2. You may go for Indian Professional Accounting Course like CA/ICWA. However, get ready to study hard for the next 3 to 5 years before you star...more
