    There are many programming languages and framework. I would suggest following current and future market trends -JAVA, Android Development, Ruby on rails and ASP.Net are good choices.

    You don't necessarily need to attend classes for creating Android Apps. You can use the internet to learn programming languages like Java to create Android apps. There are various multiple courses available on YouTube which will provide you complete knowledge to create Android apps. There are also various apps available on Google Play Store to learn Java.
