Can you suggest some courses that I can pursue with nominal fees to accelerate my growth in the industry?

I completed my B.Tech in chemical engineering from a private college in 2013 and working currently as a sales engineer with a German engineering group. I am having a total of 2.5 years of experience in the same profile.
