Hi, 70-80 %ile in CAT could get you colleges like Welingkar, FORE, IMI-Bhubaneswar, BITS Pilani, BIMTECH-Noida. Check TIME list of B-schools as you'd find a plenty of colleges suited to your requirements.

Doon College, Taxila Business School, ISMR-Pune, Acharya Business School, JIMS-Delhi, Universal Business School-Mumbai, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Galgotia University and many more college accept 60-70% in CAT exam.
