There are many colleges offering B.Tech lateral entry admission in 2nd year (3rd semester) on the basis of lateral entrance exam. You can get into any of these if you meet their eligibility criteria: 1. Delhi Technological University, Delhi 2. Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology - Patiala
