Can you suggest some entrance exams that doesn't focus more on the academic performance as I've got 81% in X & 60% in XII?

It's not the entrance exam but it's the colleges that will look your academic performance. If you want to get into a top college (out of top 30), CAT is the best option because all the colleges accept CAT score except XLRI and XIM which accept XAT exam alone. Your academics are decent. Don't hesitate to take CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT or any other MBA entrance exam. You can try GATE also.
