Can you suggest some good and inexpensive private universities for B.Tech CS and mechanical engineering?

Kindly suggest colleges having fee under 6 Lacs for 4-years excluding hostel fee and under 10 Lacs including hostel fee along with a good placement record. Also, is Chandigarh University a good option?
