As per my opinion, text books prescribed by NCERT are the best. They are very nicely written and covers complete syllabus. As syllabus of both exams is almost same, it's good for you. -

1. Physics- SL Arora and HC Verma
2. Maths- RD Sharma
3. Chemistry- NCERT.
