Can you suggest some good colleges for aeronautical engineering whose fees is below than 70k per annum?

I'm interested in aeronautical engineering or aviation and I belong to middle class family. I have completed my 2nd PU in Karnataka board with 63% and scored 1.54 lakhs rank in KCET and 9 lakhs in JEE.
