Can you suggest some good colleges for CSE? I live Mumbai and scored 40 in JEE, 60% in boards and 87 in CET.

    Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So, there is no way to get a good college in Mumbai for CSE. You may get admission in a private college based on your 12th percentage.
