I have completed my class 12th. I want a good college for graphic design and web design.

If you want to learn for career than it will be much better, find any professional and learn by him.
Don't join any institution b'coz institutions will get high fees and they don't know what is running in practically.
But if you want to get degree in this subject than go your city's University off
