Some of the good colleges for PhD are Amity University Noida, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. For fee structure, request you to visit the individual website.
