Can you suggest some good colleges for pursuing Diploma in game art and design (backstage pass) in Hyderabad?

Why only Hyderabad? There are many good institutes outside of your city. Please choose an institute that can also help you with placement after your course completion.

Your question is not clear enough; I cannot understand the second part of the question. But I am answering based on what is clear from your question. I would suggest you to try for NID Vijayawada near Hyderabad. Pursuing Animation Design would be helpful in getting into game design. Or you can also opt for Arena Multimedia sort of institutes, that provides the skill to enter into world of game design. I would ask you to look for the studio named Firefly in Hyderabad. They have done the VFX for film Bahubali. See their work and their team. Most of the people are localites and some of them don't even have any background related to the field. They learned all that from the industry and are doing very well.
