Can you suggest some good colleges in North India for me?
I scored 83% in class 10th, 82% in class 12th, 63% in graduation and 66 percentile in CAT, 2015.

With this score, I don't think you can get in to any of the good colleges of North India. And, an MBA degree is the foundation of your career. So, don't go for an okay type institute.
I would advice you to give one more attempt, score well and do your MBA from a reputed institution. If you want admission this year only, you have chance to appear for UPESMET test. Its last date to apply is not over yet. You can apply by 5th March i.e tomorrow. If you crack it, you can get in to UPES Dehradun. This is pretty good university of North India to pursue MBA.
