Dear Aspirant, If you are looking to have B.Tech in CSE, Anna University, Savitribai Phule Pune University and University of Delhi are the best Universities which provide quality education. Colleges affiliated to these universities are good option for B.Tech CSE. Try COEP college in Pune.
