Can you suggest some good colleges with decent placements that I can get with 86.27 percentile and 81 marks in MAH-MCA-CET exam?

    You may try Durga Devi Saraf, Aleksh Dinesh Modi, Amrut Mody, Atharva, Vidyalankar, Don Bosco, Indira Pune, as Tier two colleges for MMS course. For PGDM, you can get easily at above-mentioned colleges.
