You can do many things after completing 10+2 with arts stream. First is BA. It stands for Bachelor of Arts and it is one of the traditional professional courses which is 3 year long course. I think you should first graduate with BA and LLB and after that you must go for civil services.

You have plenty of courses to opt in Humanities. You can go for english, sociology, psychology, public administration, visual arts, tourism, economics, etc.
