You can do many things after completing 10+2 with arts stream. First is BA. It stands for Bachelor of Arts and it is one of the traditional professional courses which is 3 year long course. You have plenty of courses to opt in Humanities. You can go for english, sociology, psychology, public administration, visual arts, tourism, economics, etc.
