If you are looking at PG Diploma courses, you can apply for wireless telecommunications, wireless networking, etc. These are practical learning oriented courses. For Masters, you can apply for MS electrical engineering and choose a specialisation in telecommunication.

You might not found any course that has both the components like electronics and tele-communications in Master's program as Masters is more like a specialisation in a particular subject. You can opt for MS in telecommunications or MS in Electronics. Both the fields have a good job prospects in Canad

The courses that you have mentioned are more of IT or telecommunications and most of them have good job prospects if pursued from good university or college.
