Hi Shashank,
Since it is not clear from your question whether you want to pursue the course at UG level or PG, I will explain both. At UG level, you can pursue a degree in mass communication. The course is known by different names in different colleges and Universities like B.J.M.C. B.M.M.M.C., etc. At PG level, you can either pursue M.J.M.C, MA in Journalism or you can take up a course specific Diploma. Mass communication is an integrated course of various media related platforms like Print Journalism, Electronic Journalism, Advertising, PR, Event Management, Media Research and so on.
