Hi Shashank,
Since it is not clear from your question whether you want to pursue the course at UG level or PG, I will explain both. At UG level, you can pursue a degree in mass communication. The course is known by different names in different colleges and Universities like B.J.M.C. B.M.M.M.C., etc.
