Hi Pankaj,
In West Bengal, some of the finest colleges are IIT Kharagpur, Jadavpur University, NIT Durgapur and IIEST Shibpur. If you are seeking for good private institutes then they are IEM Kolkata, Heritage, Haldia and Techno India Salt Lake.
