Hello Anjali
Don't worry for UP exam, prepare for other entrance exams. You may try for some good private engineering college's entrance exam.
You can appear for the following exams:
1. JEECE 2017- Jharkhand Engineering Admissions last date 24th April
2. PUCET 2017 Punjab last date 28th April

Chandigarh University is a private university and affiliated to UGC as a full-fledged university and degree is provided by CU.
