615 is a good marks, so you can expect for a good government college. If you belong to all India quota, then you expect government medical colleges like IGGMC, TNMC, LTTMC and also AFMC this are best colleges.

You can opt following colleges: Manipal University MGIMS Sri Ramachandra University AIIMS, MAMC-Delhi, LHMC-Delhi
