Hey, there are various institutes, coaching classes, training centres and academy giving the courses training for designing and Ahmedabad is one of the hub cities of India providing training in design courses.

IIT BOMBAY provided this course and some NIT but lateral entry it may difficult, so you have to get admission in first year to learning this course.
