NDIM, JIMS, IP University, Apeejay, FOSTIIMA and IBS are some top colleges with low fees.

You need to get excellent percentile in CAT for that. Colleges with low fee are fms- du and bhu-fms. For FM's -du percentile In CAT should be 99.

If you are looking for a really good college with quite low fees, then you should try for FMS Delhi. I think in terms of ROI, it is one of the best. You should also aim for JBIMS Mumbai.
