Can you suggest some good MBA colleges where admissions are still open? I've got 82 percentile in CAT'16.

Hello Deep!
The academic session of all top B-schools has either already started or will start within a couple of weeks. So the admissions are closed. Give CAT(or any other exam) again this year and aim for a better score(95+ percentile).

Do what your heart says. I have no idea about CA, so can't comment on it. But if you really believe, you can do CA again then do go for it. And I don't think age is a barrier while giving CAT. Good luck!
