Can you suggest some good universities for me to pursue the same?
I'm a B.Tech in biotechnology and I'm really interested to pursue integrated PhD in Brisbane, Australia.

You have to invest in some hours every day and research on universities offering integrated Ph.D. Victoria University and Edith Cowan University are few of them. Contact the universities for availability in biotechnology department Ph.D. Don't keep yourself limited to only Brisbane as you might not find any options there.
