10th - 9.6 CGPA, 12th - 85%, B.Tech (instrumentation and control) - 65.9% or 6.94 CGPA, Work experience - 1 year. IELTS - yet to give.

Apart from your graduation percentage, everything else looks good. You should apply to all top universities and focus on writing amazing essays (SoP) and getting good recommendations. Try for University of Toronto, UBC, University of Waterloo, etc.
