Its a very good decision to choose government Colleges because they are very highly reputable and offer excellent education policies. In lucknow in my view there are one college but I suggest you to take a look to another one. Girst one is Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJM University) it is a government college and second one is Era's Lucknow Medical College and Hospital its a private college. This both college is very reputation and they both offers clinical internship also. You can choose one college between them according to your needs and suits.
