Government options for D.El.Ed in Delhi include the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Delhi, with a one-year course at institutes such as DIET Daryaganj and DIET Karkardooma. Each has around 100-150 seats.
Among them: Govt. Elementary Teacher Training Institute, Pali, Farida
