Can you suggest some Indian colleges offering credit transfers for BTech programs for students from Canada?

I graduated from a Canadian college in 2022 with a 2-year Diploma in Computer Science. I am now in India, and want to finish my bachelor's degree but I cannot do a four-year BTech degree at the age of 24. I am looking for colleges which will allow me to transfer into the third year of BTech.

Some Indian colleges that allow BTech credit transfers from Canada are:

Lovely Professional University accepts students with valid Canadian credits into 2nd or 3rd year.
