Hello Vishakha, Generally, software testing jobs are offered to the Diploma holder. Software testing is also good job for girls. So, there is nothing to worry about it. If anyone good in coding, so basic level programmer job can also be offered.

Diploma holders in CE are eligible for lower rank roles of production support engineer or tester in IT companies. These roles are available for female candidates also.
