Hi Kalpit The best is you start your b.com thru correspondence either from SOL or IGNOU. There are many courses that can be pursued like ICWA, CMA. Diplomas in taxation, finance, accounting are also available from polytechnics and softwares like TALLY, BUSY etc can be done.
